Process Challenges
- To endure Bubble free Gelatin solution.
- The top agitator is considered as Anchor type with multiple blades covering maximum volume, the blade is inclined to 45 degree to get the better mass movement and improve the overall efficiency of mixing.
- Bottom entry cowel disperser for dissolution of gelatin granules
- Gelatin charging shall be done from bottom nozzle to avoid air entrapment.
- Stripping cycle by vaccum for micro bubble removal
- Specially design vessel top dish to ensure sufficient head space for defoaming
- Three level condensation system to avoid from entry into vaccum pumps
